What is the chamber capacity?
The chamber capacity is 24 liters. Overall dimensions are 46 x 45.5 x 61 cm (w x h x d).
Can the steriliser and practice management software be connected?
Yes, cycle data can be stored and connected to the patient cards in compatible management systems or through the free e-Memory and e-Data software.
Are cycles interruptible?
Yes, cycles can be interrupted manually if necessary. If this occurs, the cycle will not be valid and the sterilisation cycle will need to be repeated.
Can staff verify that the cycle was carried out correctly?
Yes, Fortis+ autoclaves record the critical parameters of the cycle (time, temperature, pressure and vacuum), allowing immediate verification via the display and digital data storage. If the cycle is non-compliant, the instrument reports the negative outcome of the cycle and prevents its validation.
Can practice data be digitally traced?
Yes, the management and archiving of sterilisation-process results are simplified due to a digital traceability system consisting of Wi-Fi, Ethernet, and USB. Print Set 2 and Print Set 3 print labels have bar codes with information on temperature, time, pressure and cycle outcome.
Can cycles or tests be scheduled?
Yes, you can programme the start of the sterilisation cycles and tests at the desired time to optimise the workload of the clinic. With this function, the vacuum test can also be scheduled before the practice opens, with the flexibility to start an additional test or sterilisation cycle if necessary.
Is there a fast cycle if we're in a hurry?
Yes, fast cycles allow sterilisation of a small load (1 tray and a 0.6 kg solid load) 30% faster than standard cycles.
How can we ensure water integrity?
If the integrated conductivity meter detects values outside the parameter, the autoclave indicates the anomaly on the display. In this way, the operator can intervene immediately, avoiding non-compliant cycles and reducing risks for instruments.
What maintenance is required for the Fortis+ steriliser?
Dedicated maintenance kits are available based on the cycles performed or the years of service of the autoclave: Kit 1000, Kit 2000, Kit 3000 and Kit 4000. In addition, routine maintenance is required every 500 cycles.
