Can the A‑dec surgical light go brighter than 110,000 lux?
Yes. During surgical use, illumination can reach up to 160,000 lux by repositioning the light from 39.4" (1 m) to 31.5" (800 mm).
What colour temperatures are available?
Standard operation offers 4000K, 5000K, and 5700K. Surgical operation uses a fixed 5000K colour temperature. The composite setting operates at 2700K.
Can you save your favorite light settings?
Yes. The S76 Surgical light offers six customisable group presets in each of the Standard and Surgical modes when using the light's 4.3" colour touchscreen. When connected to a DS7 touchscreen on A‑dec 500 Pro delivery systems, users can save four additional profile-specific presets accessed from the DS7 that automatically sync across operatories.
What mounting options are available for the A‑dec surgical light?

What are the ceiling height options?
A‑dec offers three light post lengths—25" (635 mm), 37" (939 mm), and 61" (1.5 m)—supporting 9’ (2.7 m) up to 12’ (3.7 m) ceilings.
Is there a cleaning function for the A‑dec surgical light?
Yes. Press and hold either the standard or surgical control for three seconds to activate a 30-second cleaning function, which disables the touchscreen and touchless sensor for easy cleaning.
